Film „Irodovi sinovi“ je dokumentarno-analitička priča o genocidu nad srpskim narodom u Nezavisnoj Državi Hrvatskoj, koji je kroz minule decenije prikrivan, izlagan političkom embargu, zabranama i cenzuri.
Nigde u svetu nije zabeležen ni jedan primer postojanja logora smrti za decu osim u NDH. Zato film posebnu pažnju obraća stradanju dece, baveći se uzrocima ovog svirepog zločina, otkrivajući istovremeno njegovu dubinu, ulogu rimokatoličke crkve, ali i onoga ko je decenijama bio čuvar ove strašne tajne i kraških jama.

The documentary film „Sons of Herod“, in Serbian and English versions, is a documentary and analytical account of the genocide committed against the Serbian people in the Independent State of Croatia (Nezavisna Država Hrvatska, NDH), during the Second World War, which for the last seven decades has been hidden from the world, under the political embargo of Yugoslavian censorship.
Death camps, exclusively for children, did not exist anywhere else in the world except in the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) – not even in Nazi Germany. The film focuses on the plight of the children.
It addresses the causes of this cruel crime, revealing the extent and depth of it and the role of the Roman Catholic Church in the crimes committed. It also identifies those who were the guardians of this horrific secret for decades.
